Vom 25. bis 28. September 2025 präsentiert JOST seine neuesten Innovationen auf der NUFAM in Karlsruhe. Zu den Highlights zählen fortschrittliche Fahrerassistenzsysteme, modernste Sicherheitstechnologien und intelligente Lösungen, die darauf ausgelegt sind, die Gesamtbetriebskosten zu senken und die Flotteneffizienz zu steigern.

Neben Leistung und Sicherheit trägt JOST durch die Entwicklung leichter Materialien zur Verbesserung der Kraftstoffeffizienz und zur Reduzierung von Emissionen dazu bei, Nutzfahrzeuge umweltfreundlicher zu machen. JOST sorgt auch für fortschrittliche Recyclinglösungen für ausgediente Komponenten. Diese Innovationen zielen darauf ab, die Umweltbelastung zu minimieren, den CO2-Fußabdruck zu verringern und die Nachhaltigkeit im Transportsektor zu fördern.

Ein Highlight der diesjährigen NUFAM: Nach der Übernahme von Hyva im Februar 2025 präsentiert JOST ausgewählte Hyva Absetzkipper und Abrollkipper an einem gemeinsamen Stand. Damit erweitert JOST das eigene Portfolio um bewährte hydraulische Lösungen für das Heben, Laden und Kippen – entwickelt für mehr Sicherheit, Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit in anspruchsvollen Anwendungen.

A key highlight at this year’s NUFAM: Following the acquisition of Hyva in February 2025, JOST will present selected Hyva skiploaders, hookloaders and a rigid tipping kit at a shared stand. This marks a significant expansion of JOST’s portfolio, offering proven hydraulic solutions for lifting, loading, and tipping – all designed to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability in demanding applications.

Hydraulics specialist Hyva presents its game-changing skiploader system at NUFAM. Built for consistent performance with minimal maintenance, the Hyva Titan II TS14-37 skiploader sets new benchmarks in the movable container industry. Mounted on a MAN TGM truck, this solution features hydraulic side and rear locking, three tipping hooks, and remote control – designed for maximum efficiency in construction, waste handling, metalworks, landscaping, municipal tasks, and recycling.

The JOST KKS enables drivers to couple and uncouple semi-trailers via remote control without leaving the driver’s cabin, automatically, safely and quickly. The driver is guided through the entire coupling process, with sensor technology providing live information on the KKS remote control throughout every step of the process. For example, the support plate sensor indicates that the trailer plate is touching and the position of the king pin is also monitored by sensors. Climbing out of the cabin to manually open the fifth wheel, cranking down the landing gear and manually connecting the spiral cable, air and brake connections are all a thing of the past for drivers. Time, comfort and safety gains are made possible with just one product. With the KKS JOST aims to set new benchmarks for performance and reliability in the transportation industry.

• JOST KKS-I Connector: Fitted to the underside of the trailer, the KKS-I Connector controls all the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic connections between the truck and trailer. This eliminates the need for vulnerable air, electrics and ABS/EBS spiral lines. Cable
